The Brick Tri-level

FRONT

BEFORE

AFTER

Newly painted black shutters and a landscaped yard make all the difference for a first impression.

FRONT WINDOW

BEFORE

AFTER

The window box was painted all black and filled with colorful pansies. Underneath, newly planted bushes and plants fill this space and give it a finished and "cared for" look.

LIVING ROOM

BEFORE

AFTER

There weren't many changes that needed to be made to the living room-- just a deep cleaning and decluttering. The homeowners also moved two side tables from another room in the house on either side of the sofa and placed identical lamps on them for more light.

FAMILY ROOM

AFTER

This room had too much furniture so we moved the large, oversized chair to another room, opened the curtains and moved the TV to the other side of the room to open up the space. Lastly, a mirror and topiaries were added to the mantle to finish it off and draw buyers' eyes to the fireplace.

DINING ROOM

BEFORE

AFTER

By moving the large bookcase to another room, removing the cards and window treatments from the windows and replacing the red tablecloth with a simple floral arrangement, we were able to open up this space to allow buyers to see the French doors, which lead out to the sunroom, and the hardwood doors.

KITCHEN

BEFORE

AFTER

The kitchen was decluttered and cleaned to reveal the wood cabinets, appliances and ceramic tile floor.

BEDROOM 1

BEFORE

AFTER

This bedroom was completely transformed with a new, neutral paint color on the walls that compliments the flooring.

BEDROOM 2

BEFORE

BEFORE

AFTER

We moved some of the larger pieces of furniture out of this bedroom and decluttered by removing the dog crate to reveal the hardwood floors and windows.

BEDROOM 3

BEFORE

AFTER

A neutral color on the walls makes this lower level bedroom brighter and more inviting for buyers.

BATHROOM

BEFORE

AFTER

A deep cleaning, new bathmat and bright, white towels are the finishing touches in this bathroom.

SUNROOM

AFTER

After packing and storing the clutter in this sunroom, the vertical blinds were opened to let in natural light and a sitting area was created to allow buyers to see themselves using this lovely, outdoor space.

BACKYARD

AFTER

A well maintained yard, clean and arranged patio furniture and a few new plants make the patio an inviting space for a summer barbeque.
